I have noticed a very positive difference with the new management. The following are areas I feel have improved: accessibility to staff, maintenance, organization, coordination, responsiveness to inquiries. The attitude of the staff has also improved tremendously! They are treating tenants with much care and consideration, which is a change from previous.

I love living here.

This cannot be a resident, rather somebody from staff considering rent increases of 15-20% per year and the attempt to squeeze every dime out of the tenants. People are leaving! Yes, I live here and I am moving too. There are better and more affordable apartments in the Marina. Oh, and they will tear down the complex next to the Archstone - construction noise and dirt guaranteed.
