Not Worth the Money!!

If you have a significant other, or a roommate.....do everything you can not to get stacked parking. It really sucks. This is important because the apartments subcontract another company to run their parking structure. Understand that when you see their rent advertised, it doesn't include parking. Tack on another 100 bucks. 100 bucks for walking your groceries a mile to get to your apartment.
Now the REAL Problems I have with this facility.....
If you don't have a dog, I don't recommend moving here. They advertise their "poop" yard as an ammenity for pet owners. "c'mon" They just don't have enough real estate to put in more grass. How is this a benefit'
Also, don't let the hallways fool you. They are old walls with new paint. The hall ways are loud, and you can hear everything as residents walk down the hallways.
Our rent started at $1899.00, after 1 year with parking it was $2249.00. This company should be in the business of turning renters away, not keeping them. Just know if you plan on living somewhere for more than a year, don't move here. They will stick it to you on your lease renewal. RENTER BEWARE
When you do end your lease, be sure not to pay them the last month online, cut them a check for the pro-rated amount, otherwise it will take 4 months to get the correct amount back to you, and they'll mess up a few times. Trust me.
It's just a taste of glitz and glamour, with views of a marina, and smells of a sewer. We found an older apartment without the drama. Don't let their low deposit reel you in. This place didn't feel like home.
Thumbs Down!! (Really, its a shined up ---- box) with new appliances I must say were very nice, especially the washer and dryer. :)
Hope this helps,
Good Luck
