Do not live here. This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in within the marina area. There is constant mold growing and termites. The guest parking is horrible. My friends have revieved tickets! My car was broken into because they have no security. People have to keep their patio doors closed because numerous apartments were robbed! The one mystery security guy that walks around locks the laundry room while your laundry is going. The mangment at the leasing office are not helpful at ALL!! Save your money and live somewhere else. The marina is great but this apartment complex is the worst!

Bar Harbor is a beautiful, well run, clean community. The apts are affordable for being right on the water. Yes, they will be torn down in the future so the leases are month to month, which is great for flexability. Also the Mgmt is giving the resident 6 months notice before they tear down. --- All apts in the Marina have mold issues. What is most important is reporting it to the Office so they can take care fo it. The Office has always been very responsive to me and fixed things very quickly. Of course, I always provide them access to enter to fix the problem... It is not a gated community so parking is parking and as far as locking your doors - It's not Ohio, it's LA. I say lock your doors! Laundry closes at 10 PM and signs are clearly posted. Basically this place is a great location with a caring, prompt staff.

that reply reads like a company stooge. I lived there a few years ago... place is a dump and E&S Ring.. well the ring part is true - a crime one at that.

They're definitely giving ME the run around in refunding my security deposit. They also tried to do a "pay rent or quit" when I gave notice and payed prorated 17 days. When I went in, instead of apologizing, they told me "oh, just ignore that." IGNORE THAT? I was a good tenant who ignored the mold until it became intolerable, I payed my rent on time and the one time THEY didn't do their job, I have to IGNORE it? Screw that. Save your money, they're not WORTH the time.
