Nothing told to you by these people is true. They claim the warning about chemicals and substances known to cause cancer and birth defects that is placed all over the property is just a general requirement that all apartments must follow, yet the same warning is absent from others in the Marina. They bill tenants for water and electricty in an illegal manner. The electric meters are not claibrated or approved, and the rate per Kwh that you are charged is 3x what the electric company charges. The water comes through a single meter, and then they allocate it out, but don't tell you how your "share" is determined. They do this by selling the "bills" to a 3rd party. Bay Club makes a profit and then the 3rd party maerks it up even more. The only loser in the deal is the tenant. But they don't care. The apartment buildings are infested with termintes. The management is incompetant. The apartments are in very bad repair. They fix everything with a few coats of paint. AVOID THIS PLACE.
