I've lived in the Bay Club for about a year now and I've found the following

1. Maintenance was great and responsive, though I rarely need it.

2. I rarely if ever hear my neighbors.

3. The rent is affordable for the area.

4. The pool is always heated and clean, as are all the common areas.

5. In the year I've lived there, the jacuzzi was broken just once and quickly fixed.

6. The elevators are slow, granted, but I have never been stuck, so what's the big deal'

7. The people (manggement and tenants alike) are friendly and clean.
