This place allows tenants to leave dogs on their balconies all day and night. The dogs constantly bark at everything that moves..It is very noisy and management does not care. After filing many complaints about the noise the management continues to ignore the problem making for a very uncomfortable living situation. I have nothing against the dogs...its the ignorant owners that don't care if their dog barking all hours of the day and night bothers their neighbors. The management could care less to.

I agree and I do feel your pain, I am in the West building and the two dogs in the apartment below me bark constantly. I think the only thing left to do really is call animal control because these people are obviously not taking proper care of their animals.
