Not too bad for the Money

I have lived here since July 2003. All in all, it isn't bad. The view and atmosphere are great (I look out over the marina).
Maintenance is great, although I agree that the new office staff is less-than-stellar. I miss the old staff.
I agree with the people complaining about the dogs. The people on the first floor leave dogs out all day and night, and the dogs bark at everything.
The walls are paper thin. If the person in the next apartment coughs in the middle of the night, I hear it. Even worse, the snoring that I hear once in a while. Makes me think I am sharing an apartment.
The guest parking is AWFUL. There are only a handful of spots for the entire complex.
The apartments are rather small, but it isn't bad for one person. DO NOT move into a one-bedroom thinking it's big enough for two. It isn't.
