I've been living here for 4 years and have been very happy. The plumbing does suck but maintenance is TERRIFIC and very responsive!
It's also a dark building, at least on the first floor. If you like sunny apartments, go up at least one, maybe two levels.
Also, there is construction across the basin and those with apartments on the marina are having a rough time of it with the noise. Hopefully, this will be finished in a year or so...
The apartments themselves are very quiet. You can hear all sorts of noise in the halls but once you are in your place, it's silent.
All in all, the location is great, the tenants are some of the most friendly and socialable le I've ever had...
