I have lived here for about 6 months and can't wait to leave. I am on the first floor street-side and the apartment is very noisy and dark. There are smells in the kitchen and bath that no amount of cleaning or deodorizing products can get rid of (and I have a "new" kitchen). Maintenance is quick - but thank goodness because I have had so many problems. As mentioned on other posts - the plumbing is horrendous.

All that being said - living out on the marina is great. It is a real respite from the madness that is LA.
