Because I feel compelled to do so and having moved out recently for this reason, I will state the following. This is not commonplace in this complex, but it exists. I have witnessed things occuring that are absolutely not acceptable in a place where families and peaceful people reside. It's nice to live on the water, but be very wary when you look to this place. The management has not shown proper discretion in allowing people to live there that step outside legality on a regular basis.

There are no specifics to this review at all! I have lived here for five years. I am a single female and have never felt anything but safe and secure. If this reviewer had given more details I might give him/her more credibility but without them, it is very suspect. Yes, there are issues with the plumbing but the rest of this review is deluded

I agree with Evelyn. I read the posters comments and don't understand the actual complaints. Witnessed what? Discretion? And furthermore,the poster is anonymous.
