After leaving in Marina del Rey in the marina for over 7 years in three different apartments that allow dogs, "The Bay Club" has been my best experience.

There a very few apartments that allow dogs in the marina and most specify a small size dog. I was treated very rudely when taking my 45 pd. golden retriever to 2 other apartments complexes that have restrictions on the size of your dog.

The Bay Club is for dog owners who love their dogs.

Some of the recent omments posted are from people who don't have dogs that moved into a dog community.

Some of these people have asked me to sign a LA City Dog Complaint form. I tell them no, right away.

Majority if not all of their comments are not that accurate.

So if your a dog owner in need of a good place to live, I recommend the Bay Club.

Management realizes the building is older and they are remodeling is the reason for the rent increase.

What is also equally important is that management immediately responds to your request and they are the nicest staff led by one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
