I love this apartment building even though my stay has been only a mere 6 months. Due to certain circumstances in my life, I will sadly have to leave at the end of my lease this month. I was very welcomed to the "pets preferred" complex unlike other apartments who were very mean to me due to my sweet 10 pound Shih tzu. The location is awesome and found myself often, walking to the beach or riding my bicycle (my dog in the basket) to Venice boardwalk. Prime location and friendly neigbors with dogs who were often better residents than their owners. The only complaint I have is that elevator #1 was often not operable. Also, the oommon areas need some cosmetic improvements. Other than that, it's a nice living environment and more affordable than most places in the Marina that allow dogs.
