My boyfriend and I moved in for only one reason, the apartment complex accepts dogs. I love the fact that there is a lot of dog lovers and owners and it really is not as bad as some people say when it comes to dogs. My problem is the management! I loved ------- but had huge issues with the assistant manager -----, who is not only rude and unpleasant to talk to, she will not help at all. I tried really had to be nice her but that girl hates herself then rest of the world. One -----! I am sorry but thats what she is and trust me I am not the only one! We are thinking of starting a petition for her replacement. People pay a lot of money to live here and they need to be treated with respect. Second, they sent me to legal department over $50 dollar fee I didn't include in my rent check. I gave them the check which was returned to me after 2 days with few hours to pay it. Mind that we all leave early to work and come home late. Well, I came home that evening and found a letter saying please pay full amount. The next day I got a cashier check and was on my way to drop it off, come to find out they sent us to legal department asking to pay $650 dollars to get out of it. Imagine my shock , not even 24 hrs to pay it. Anyway, the regional manager was so nice and helpful to get us out of that mess. We have been paying rent on time every month, why they felt the need to do that I don't know. Warning for all you tenants!
Then apartments, oh boy! Maintenance is in our appointment more than anywhere else. Doors are not closing, lights are not working, the screen door to our balcony hasn't been fixed for 3 months now. I can go on and on but im sure you guys get the picture!

This is a crock!!! The tenant was deficient in her rent and she blames the management and suddenly they're responsibile for the remainder? Read your lease/contract carefully, honey!! Management allows a grace period and the penalty for late rent is $50.00. Sorry dear you need to really grow up and maybe learn to pay your bills on time. You can always pay the rent early like I did since we all get up early and come home late. I agree the apartment needs work however your rants sounds more towards managment itself. I really like ----- ..... you sound so angry... Maybe, it's time for you to move to another place or find a new boyfriend that could afford you a better lifestyle.

Oh wow another person agreeing with me!!! 1. Parking - Have guests over for dinner and watch their car(s) get towed without warning. 2. First floor decks are large so many lazy dog owners let their pets use the space for a toilet so you and your guests can see all of the dog crap when eating on your deck. 3. My husband was physically threatened by the Dock Master over a parking situation. 4. Bathroom is small - had to use a wood rasp to remove black gunk from aluminum tub rail. 5. Kitchen is terribly small - garbage disposal went out four times in two years and caused floooding in the kitchen. 6. Dogs, dogs, dogs - barking all hours, crapping on the decks, in the parking garage, outside the elevators, in the halls on the carpet, running free in the pool area, swimming in the pool, DO NOT WALK BAREFOOT IN THE GRASS! 7. Jacuzzi never worked correctly. 8. Men's Sauna never worked. 9. Elevators not just slow, old and tired and often broken. 10. Office staff snooty and often rude. 11. Not worth the price - period.
