I lived in these apartments for about a year and they are absolutly horrible. Managment never takes care of anything, appliances break, pipes get clogged, they are just old, not cared for and very expensive. Underground parking is a joke, poop water has been leaking on my car from pipes over 2 months now. Main entrance door has been broken for a year, elevators go bad every 3 weeks and stay offline for 3-4 days. If you can definatly avoid and go somewhere else.

So absolutely true! Not only that in one month 2 motorcycles and 2 converitable cars have been stolen! The security told me that my car is a potential target for these few guys stealing stuff. I do not want to pray to god every morning that my car might not be there. Lets not talk about people stealing your laundry, meaning underwear, socks, jeans. WHen tenant posted a note saying to be aware of this OUR GREAT MANAGEMENT DID NOT DO ANYTHING BUT POSTED A MEMO SAYING" RESIDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST ANYTHING" and watch your laundry!!! IS THIS FOR REAL?? NO security cameras, they just don't give a damn. People have their laundry taken from the machine wash in the middle of cycle. DO I need to worry every time that someone will steal my stuff? This building is nad, apartment are old. Bathroom pipes are not draining water! OVERALL PLEASE DON"T MOVE IN! We are moving out in a month or so and can not wait!
