Ripoff Alert! Avoid at all costs!!!

I lived here because they were very dog-friendly (almost too friendly) and I probably would have recommended this apartment except that when I moved out, they took what was a $1,500 deposit and turned it into $791, charging me for knife marks on the counter, carpet cleaning, painting and defleaing. I left the place sparkling when I left and there should not have been more than a $200 worth of cleaning fees.

If you absolutely have to live here, then here are some things you should know:
- Laundry facilities are located on the third floor near the elevators, so if you live on the ends of the buildings, then you have a long walk.
- There is not enough air circulation, and you will see signs posted threatening to be kicked out if you prop open the doors. During the hotter days, air in your apartment will be 10 degrees hotter than the outside air.
- Management is very responsive to routine maintenance issues, but turn deaf ear to any non-routine requests.
- There are very few grassy areas for your dogs to do their business, so expect to use the neighbors' yards and step on poo on the public sidewalks.
- The parking under the building is often used by irresponsible dog owners as a dogwalk, and it smells like it.
- Legal guest parking is very limited (like 10 spots for each building), especially during the summer during boating season. Residents often park an extra car in the guest parking spots.
- You can hear your neighbors if you have your patio doors open. Security does not police noise from boisterous late night parties or domestic arguments.
- The elevators are always broken, as are the washers and dryers.
- Time Warner cable is cheap but oftentimes the signal is broken or non-existent, especially when you are trying to watch your favorite game.
