Like the rest of the reviewer's we moved in due to the acceptance of dogs. The staff seemed super nice and responsive. Upon our first week in the apartment we started to see roaches and mice. We live as if we're in the lower east side of New York keeping all food in the fridge and all dry food in containers.

Our plumbing is clogged at least once a month. Garbage disposals do not work so don't even try to put a soggy cherrio in the disposal or you're drain will immediately back up.

The balcony's are barely holding on. I see a major lawsuit in their future when some poor resident falls with the balcony.

Elevators never work. Their elevator permit expired in Sept 08.

The hallway's and stairways stink of mildew. They have a "cleaning staff" who sit talking on their cell phones all day. They park their cleaning carts in front of the elevators to fool management but are no where to be seen unless you happen to be walking where their cars are parked cars. The whole interior of the building in filthy.

Avoid this place at all costs. We are running for our lives the minute our lease is up.
