OK apartment, bad service, too expensive

We recently moved out of The Bay Club Apartments because the facility was not worth the expensive price. We moved into the apartments because it was hard to find a nice place that would take large dogs. Little did we know that this place had such horrible service. From the first showing of the apartments the management staff was cold and unfriendly. There is little or no Customer Service to keep tenants from moving. The street side is horrible, it is like a race track, because there is no air conditioning, everything is open all the time and it gets extremely loud. The carpeting in the stairwells has spilled paint everywhere. When we moved out, we had a prewalk appointment which they didn't show, then the final walk they didn't show until we called them. They finally came and were unfriendly and not apologetic and then tried to charge us for all these cleaning fees, which we only lived there for 7 months, and left it perfect and clean. My suggestion is not to bother with the Bay Club Apartments, too expensive and poor service.

I live in the Bay club Apartments and moved here for several reasons, one being that the building was pet friendly. I was shown my apartment by the coldest little fish I had ever met - never smiled, still doesn't and has zero customer relation skills. New manager is great - now if only Decron management will let her do her job then we might be ok. They have lowered the rents to new people, not keeping in mind that the current residents are the ones that should be getting breaks here. The clientele here has dropped considerably because of this, my only hope is that these are seasonal people and will leave once summer is over. I personally like living here and turn the other cheek on way too many occasions but love the marina, the outdoors and my dog loves it here as well. I am a water person so it is important to live close to where I play. I hope that management will take heed with these reviews and give the older tenants a break which is more than well deserved.
