Decron properties took over this building a few years ago and what used to be a lovely community has unfortunately turned greedy and indifferent. Building renovations that were promised have now been postponed and the buildings are quickly detoriating. The area is great and I love the location but will have to move soon because I find the property company to be only concerned with profits no matter what the cost. Perhaps they will determine a better way of doing business.
