i've lived in del rey shores for a couple of months now. The staff is friendly, i don't know what the other person was talking about. The units are large and it's in a great location. It's also the cheapest rent in the area, trust me. It is also the oldest complex too and it shows. THe walls are paper thin and my heating bill (gas) is astronomical for southern california. If you have a loud neighbor look out. Nice kitchen, large patio. Neighbors are particurally friendly and there are a lot of kids. The parking for tenants is fine but the guest parking is horrible completely nonexistant. I like it here because the location is amazing and the rent is very resonable.
