I would not recommend living here to anyone. I've been for 6 months, and had to break a lease due to the following:
1-rusty water - I'm unable to drink any water here, and sometimes the hot water needs to run for 10 minutes until it clears out.
2 - smells like chemicals in the apt (probably the 20 layers of paint)
3 - electricity bill is more than a 6 bedroom home in most parts of the city
4 - unfriendly/unhelpful staff - definitely not a pleasure dealing with them-stop by and you'll see
5 - noise level, thin walls, you can hear everything upstairs if you live in downstairs unit
6 - balconies are deteriorated and unsafe - the railings are rusted out and ready to fall off
7 - very hot during the summer
8 - asbestos acoustical ceilings, lead paint throughout
