yes the rent may be a little cheaper than other apartments in the marina. The low cost of a two bedroom is specifically the reason I decided to rent here. But NOTHING. I mean nothing is worth dealing with ANNE in the office staff. They have lost three of my packages. To which they were nothing but rude and unhelpful about. They do not listen to complaints (and I promise you there are enough things to complain about in this hell hole). I am moving out and am willing to pay more just to stop dealing with their crap. I think Anne is the worst office manager I have ever met and I think she enjoys others misery. It is not worth your own misery to live here.
Avoid at all costs.
