I lived here for a number of years and as long as my ever changing next door neighbors were quiet, I was happy. The rent was cheaper than most other places in the marina and the grounds were well kept. Maintenance people were friendly and helpful. But the management, that's Fat Anne and her henchwoman Francine, are absolutely the worst. They have no people skills whatsoever. They belong working behind a DMV counter or at the post office.
PS.
And if you like the idea of instant hot water, be prepared to wait. You have to let the water run for at least 30 seconds to a minute for it to get warm.

not only that... but I had someone pee on my car door handle. I woke up one morning and went to open the door and my hand was wet. I smelled it and sure enough it was piss.
