The buildings are old but the apartments are HUGE and newly renovated. We have a lovely water view that right now faces construction but it's still awesome. Maintenance staff is prompt to help with any needed fixes or repairs. Nice and quiet at the end building -- the Riviera -- which is great b/c I work at home.

Caution: If you get a courtyard-facing apt. beware of facing the pool because in the summer there are dozens of screaming kids.
