I have lived here going on 3 years. I like the appartments, the location, and the views but the management is terrible. When something goes wrong expect to call the office over and over again. The internet service in the building goes down once a week because they are too cheap to replace the wiring in the building. Also expect to pay min. $80 for direct TV from the only company allowed to provide in the building. If the laundery machines go down Coin Mach never repairs them. We have had a broken dryer on our floor for 1 whole year and the only other one just broke the other day lol. Someone in the building steals packages that are left at your door so you can't have deliveries left for you. Other than that. The pool is great. The building is fairly quiet. It is really nice being close to the beach and has lots of places to go running, biking, rollerblading etc... The Chart House is right next door and you can walk to the Cheesecake Factory. Also there is no ventalation for the kitchen or bathrooms, the vents just blow the air in to the top cabinet in the kitchen :(

I AGREE MY BOYFRIEND LIVED THERE AND FINALLY MOVED WITH ME TO 930 VENICE BLVD AND THIS WAS YEARS AGO
