This apartment is the worst I ever lived in.
The management company is so strict, unfriendly and unprofessional at all. Sometimes Mechanics just break in without knocking door to fix something.
They only allow tenant to use specific internet and directv vendor whose price is higher than any other service with poor service.
They claim internet is T1. But be careful! the speed is sometimes slower than dial-up modem like 5 6 k and 25 k at most but price is 45 dollars. and block any other high speed internet provider to serve the complex.
They don't want people to use other cable vendor because they already made a contract with a cable company so you have to pay almost 10 dollars more for basic directv !!
They increase rent a lot every year.
If you want to expect better overall service from apartment management, don't move in here. Worst apartment ever.

Note the dates on these complaints: a lot of what was said then no longer apply. If you are interested in renting here I suggest to go take a tour and find out what today's truth is.
