this was the single worst apartment i've ever had. not only is it extremly expensive, but the apartments are not kept up and poorly run. we had a broken air conditioner this summer (record heat wave!!), not only did we call them repeately, but the a/c unit began to leak. we had 6 buckets in our living room, and no one would come fix it. then they would come and it would work for a week and then leak or break again. we later found out that our unit has been broken for years and leaks freon and they have a warranty but never get it fixed. they sound nice on the phone...but beware!!!!

I believe that this person may have the wrong property. I'm currently a resident at the Dolphin & this property does not have any air conditioning on the premises. I love it here! Very spacious units with spectacular waterfront views. During the few times that I had to put in a maintenance request, the staff & maintenace responded right away & they were very professional. I'll be signing a new lease again!

I've been a tenant since 1991 (obviously, I love living at the Dolphin Marina!), and the apartments do NOT come equipped with air conditioners. A few tenants have put air conditioners in, so xmas 78 must have moved in an apartment that someone had left an air conditioner when they moved out.
