Disregard any rules that they have because they won?t ever bother to enforce them, even if other people complain. If a repair is needed, you?ll have to wait a few weeks and make several phone calls before anything is done because they have a very small staff serving 850 apartments. While those in the leasing office are friendly because they want you to move in, those in the resident services are very good at NOT returning phone calls and quite good at being uncaring, curt, and sometimes even downright rude. They advertise fast T-1 lines, but the service is expensive, slow, and unreliable. The parking situation stinks for apartments on Tahiti.
