"THE PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE", MY ASS! THIS PLACE IS PERFECT IF YOU LOVE CONSTRUCTION, HAVING YOUR WATER AND ELECTRICITY TURNED OFF BECAUSE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ON A REGULAR BASIS, ANTS IN THE WALLS AND ENJOY HAVING BIKES STOLEN OUT OF THE UNDERGROUND PARKING GARGE. OK,THE MARINA IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE APT?S ARE OK. THE STAFF IS SO,SO. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS GREAT. THE CHOICE IS YOURS. MY RECOMMEND, KEEP LOOKING.
