This place promises all one could possibly wish for, but what you get is a HUGE headache. When I moved in, everything in the apartment had been redone, and redone very poorly. The maintenance is the worst part of this place. The workers destroyed my brand new carpet, tracking in tar and mud. Asking to fix a hole maintenance made in the shower, they resurfaced the entire shower, thus leaving the apartment closed up tight with toxic fumes, and the worker used my towels to clean up his WHITE resurfacing mess, but did not in the end fix the hole in the shower wall (a total joke). Dogs are not allowed but just about every person in the complex has one or two. The main office is filled with incompetent individuals who do not know how to do their job. Whenever scheduled water or power turn offs happen, they are always behind getting them turned back on within the time they had stated would be fixed and turned back on (hours later). The water pressure is strong, but only if nobody else in you building is flushing a toilet or taking a shower themselves...otherwise there are bursts of extreme HOT or extreme COLD water and the pressure goes from extremely slow to blasting within a second, leaving you to spend more time dealing with the water than taking the actual shower. The windows are extremely thin and not weather proof and rattle whenever there is a gust of wind, so a windstorm is very unpleasant. I could go on and on about how bad this place is.
