Construction began in October 2003. Despite years of planning, unexpected situations occur beyond our control. As in any construction endeavor, challenges arise that cause inconveniences which are not always readily resolveable. The staff's response and approach to these issues, may not always meet the justifiable expectations of our residents. Nonetheless, it should be know that every attempt is made to keep the living experience as enjoyable as possible and to minimize the hassles of the construction process. Although there have been difficulties, certain enhancements are currently visible. And once completed, the results will most certainly validate the project and offer our residents a unique marina experience.

who are you kidding. this place is a joke. The new building is huge and ugly. Thanks for building the biggest motel 6 wanna be in the marina. Thanks for all the garbage in the marina water and thanks for incompitent staff. if you want to enjoy where you live, keep looking
