Terrible place to live

You would think that for $2000 plus per month you would get a decent apartment with good service from the management. Not so here at Marina Harbor. When I moved in, there were numerous items that needed attention the first day--heat not working, toilet not working, phone jacks not working, just to name a few. In two months I have called maintenance at least 10 times, and still they have not repaired everything. The views are great, but the apartments and the management sucks big time. The attitude of the management is terrible. The apartments are very old and have been very sloppily prepared. You don't notice a lot of the details until after you have moved in, but it quickly becomes very apparent that everything is done on the cheap--you will not find quality at this place, not in the workmanship and certainly not from the management.
One of your biggest problems will be parking--there simply is none if you have visitors. They tout several lots that are supposedly reserved for "guests" but in reality they are always full with residents cars and your guests will have no place to park. There are much better values elsewhere in the Marina--I intend to leave as soon as my lease expires.
