Stayed here 3 months. Didn't know about A/C so you have to leave you windows and balcony door open to get a breeze. Has a ceiling fan. Right next to Harbor so it is cool at night but at times can get hot sometimes especiialy in Spring and Summer.
Kept getting other peoples mail. On going construction of more apartments and on the harbor is noisy and an eyesore and you can hear it very well with the fact you have to leave windows open. At night generally quiet. I think if I had A/C and could close windows all the time would have been much happier. The Manager forgot his name showed us around and was very pleasant Thanks for coffee mugs :) Got the feeling he was trying his best with what he had. Old place
Under ground Parking Neighbors at least in my building seemed friendly. I did see the old woman that goes around picking up cigarette butts Ha! If you get an apartment here I reccomend 3rd floor facing the Harbor.
