I have lived here for one year and a half, and let me tell you, you don't want to!

1) Construction. This is ridiculous how much crap we've dealt with, not to mention the incredible noise that we experience ON SATURDAY FREAKING MORNINGS!!! It's been going on since shortly after we moved in 1 1/2 years ago!

2) There is no parking for anyone. Either someone parks in your space or one of the 10 guest spaces is always taken.

3) They close down the roads for construction, which is ILLEGAL, making it impossible to get in and out of your place!

4) The management has now had the audicity to forbid bbq'ing even though they rented me the apartment saying "it's perfect for bbq's." HYPOCRITES!!!

It just been nothing but -------- since I've moved in. And their maintenance sucks, there's always a plumbing problem of some sort, and I've never ONCE received a call back from the management. OH, and they come on to my patio all the time UNANNOUNCED and start messing with the cable box. Imagine minding your own business watching TV naked and having some dude walks on to your patio to mess with the cable box! Uh... hello!' Can I help you' I'm sorry, are you my new roommate'!

Not to mention the fact that as a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE" gift, they gave the residents HOT FREAKING CHOCOLATE!! In JULY!

Anyway, the view is great, and there's some dope pools and hot tubs... but it's not worth it unless you're 85 and you can't hear the construction.

And one more thing, the ONE thing that shielded us from our upstairs neighbor who's bedroom overlooks our patio, A TREE, they decided to come in and chop it down without consulting either myself or the new upstairs tenants. With all the bbq's we had, I can guarantee the new tentant would have preferred that tree to stay. BUT NO... come on in and do your thing.

And the bathroom is gnarly too.
