When I rented my apartment, I was never told that we would be limited to ONE type of television service - satellite, and only ONE type of internet service, through a company called Ygnition Netorks. For about a year, my internet worked fine. Then, it suddenly stopped working. At least 6 technicians came out to try and fix the problem, but were unable to do so. So I canceled my internet service, and asked the management office who else provided internet access to my apartment. They told me Verizon. I called Verizon, and signed up for DSL. Turns out, I cannot get DSL in my apartment, because the owner has refused to wire the building for DSL, or for any other internet service, other than dial-up or Ygntion - which does not work! This is a total disgrace. Be very careful before you move here.
