Since we have lived here, we have dealt with so many numerous problems...see below list:
1) management has towed my car on one occasion costing a pricey $300 when I was parked in guest parking early one morning. (apparently mgmt. had a mttg. that morning and needed all of the 10 guest spots)

2) we had a HUGE problem with termites which mgmt handled at their leisure. The termites were actually visible and coming thru the floorboards, however mgmt. said that they posed no health risk and took forever to resolve

3) the construction seems to be never-ending. It's been going on for over a year and a half and is VERY noisy, even on weekends!

4) there are numerous security notices being issued by mgmt. informing us that there have been cars stolen, vandelism, etc. I am not sure why they even have security patrol officers...they don't seem to help.

5) they kept a portion of our security deposit upon leaving for 'routine' cleaning before the next tenant moved in.
