The leasing office was terrible at getting my keys to me on time. My move in experience was horrible because the leasing agent insisted on making up her own rules! I found many flaws in their so called "By the Book Procedures." The leasing agents gave me the impression that E and S management has employed a bunch of bureaucratic hippocrates!! Be careful who you deal with in the leasing/business office.
