Keep looking, Marina Harbor is not "the perfect place to live"

This place is a Joke! The leasing office is so full of themselves. The way they project themselves is that you should be so fortunate to live here. The business office is also a Joke. It's difficult to get ahold of the managers. The staff is quick to take notes on complaints but slow to resolve them. I always have to ask to talk to management and that always takes days for them to follow up. The power and water goes out or is shut off every couple of months and is never turned back on in there projected time frame. Parking is terrible especially if you live on Tahiti St. or great if you enjoy having your guests park about 1/4 mile away on Bora Bora and walk over. Marina Harbor is also not recycle friendly. They have recycle bins that are pickup up by the garbage men who dump everything into the same garbage bin. The grounds are ok and the apt.'s are good size but dated. The price of apt's depend on how updated they are. The updated apt's pass there junk down to older apt.s. A nice handy-down apt. complex. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. I can't wait for my lease to end.
