Office staff...what a laugh

The latest is the office staff telling someone they've mailed out a notice as well as posted a notice that tennants are to remove their doormats from their front door. This is basically very untrue. We were not warned, sent notices, or had notices posted that we should take them in if we didn't want them thrown away. There were pictures taken of the board next to the mailboxes as well as all around the doors/elevators were they usually scotch tape a notice to the wall. Also said that they are now enforcing what is in a lease. There is nothing stating that you can't have a door mat! Funny after having one for 4 years that they'd do this 'enforcing'. Now, if they'll inforce the rules about no dogs in the pool area. Guess that's not as important as keeping the carpet clean in your apartment. There is nothing good that I can say about the office staff here. Well, maybe one thing. They have a pretty new building to sit in everyday. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
