I live on the Bora Bora side and where I once had a gorgeous view is now the new Villa building. My rent has increased every year and frankly 1355 is too much to be paying for no view and a 1BR/1B. This is the "discounted" price since my apartment is set for upgrading. The upgrades being non-ancient appliances, a fake tile entrance way, and a wierd wall near the bath tub. If you do live here, get to know Wayne the security guard. He is the nicest guy ever and will always say hello and stop to chat.

Here's a late update. Those swindlers didn't refund a dime of my security deposit saying they had to replace the carpet when I was explicitly told I would not be charged because it was over 5 years old. After fighting with management for months they sent me a FORGED carpet replacement receipt claiming my carpet had been replaced one month into me living there. I think I would have known if my carpet was replaced while I was living there. They are lying, unethical, bastards. I hope they get sued and are run out of business.
