Do not move here. The construction project is a nightmare and management is doing absolutely nothing about the dust, the noise, the asbestos and the thefts. People (inlcuing myself) are moving out in droves. The management company is unbelievably greedy and they only look at the bottom line. They want people to move out so that they can jack up the rents. They even moved one tenant in one week before the construction started, leaving her apartment a complete mess after having lived there for only a couple of weeks. People are getting sick left and right and there are several pending lawsuits. Stay as far away from this comples as possible.
