I have lived here for 10 years and the management has gotten progressively worse. Maintenance requests are always ignored. Nothing gets done on the first call and you have to continuoulsly follow up with them. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. You will face resistance and "NO" from management all the time and the only way to get things done is by confrontation. They are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. People in management have absolutely no managerial skills or experience whatsoever. The construction is on-going and the crew generally leaves the working area an absolute mess with dust and debris everywhere. There is dust everywhere 24 hours a day and cleaning crew NON Existant!!! Careful about this place especially if you have allergies, asthma, or if you like fresh air.
