This place gets worse everyday. The management here not only is terrible, but seem to bask in making our lives miserable. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.

I absolutely agree. The management treats tenants with complete disrespect, and go out of their way to make our lives miserable. They do their best to make us feel as if we have no rights. Unbearable is a good word for this place.

They want you to move out so they can raise the rent for the next victim. It is harder to raise the rent now for current long time tenants. Agree totally though... Elevators constantly out of order. Water leaks reported in apartments all over the place.. Would anyone move in now and pay high rent for poor service and living conditions? It is Paradise by the sea (Not!). Freedom of speech is a great thing....

They want us all to move. The longer-term tenants are now being forced out with no cause. This way they can go in and do their superficial upgrades to the apartments and then charge top dollar. For what, I do not know. It's like putting lipstick on a pig.

I can't believe what I am reading, do we live the same place? I love this community, we have been here for almost 3 1/2 years now. I think that all of the negative comments posted are from mostly people who have lived here for 100 years and are afraid of change and increased rents. This area is one of the nicest in Los Angeles, and even the Westside. Where else can you got to almost any wonderful restaruant and wear flipflops, and jeans, but eat great food in a cool atmosphere? I will pay full price for this area and I do think Marina Harbor is worth it too. I agree that it has been a mess around here during the construction....but we have not had an increase in our rent for over 3 years and our friends who live down the street have had over $400 in rent raises over the same 3 years. I feel that is reasonable for living through this construction! And again, we are happy that it will be ending soon, but we expect to stay on for years to come. We love it here! Miserable people who are writing these negative comments. We always get friendly assistance and we will stay as long as we are saving to buy a house... We are truly happy at Marina Harbor!

The 2/28 posting is a response to every review that is negative. The exact same wording. Someone is trying to fool the readers into thinking this is a good place to live. Read all the reviews folks, and you'll see for yourself. DON'T DO IT.
