When I first moved into my apartment 2 years ago, I was told there would be "light construction" occurring for a few months. 2 years later, this "light construction" has just finished, which included constant jackhammering and drilling from 8AM to 6PM for the past 2 years, 6 days a week!!!!!!! They even had to enter the apartment several times to remove the asbestos, rip out the windows and sliding glass doors to replace them, tear out the walls to replace them, etc. etc. This management company has been absolutely terrible to us residents -- they've lied to us all and have manipulated the system masterfully. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My lease is up next month and I cannot wait to move out!! They're raising my rent $400! I have nothing to nice to say about this place at all!

I totally agree, as a resident here for 3 years I also feel really duped. They said "light construction" which turned into a HUGE mess for a LONG time. Having to vacate our parking spaces for up to a week at a time, construction workers coming in and out of my apartment (leaving a MESS and the door unlocked several times), loud noise, piles of dust, it was horrible. And the thanks we get at the end of this long road is a nice big rent increase. Thank you Marina Harbor!

The worst part (other than the awful, disrespectful, threatening management) is the fact that even after all of the renovations, the place looks just as run down and awful as ever. The exteriors may have been "fixed" (cheaply, I might add), but the interiors remain the same...moldy, dirty, and allergan infested. I went away for a few days and feel 100 percent better. I immediately started feeling sick when I returned.

The workers even prop open all the doors and leave them open when they leave. Talk about feeling SAFE! Geez... and the last poster, I completely agree!!! I loved this place before the renovations. There was no need for them. In my opinion the place looks worse than it did before! It looks like South Beach meets Picasso throw-up!
