This place is a hell hole. First of all we moved in a year ago and they said there would be light construction and the pool area right next to our building was being redone and was expected to end within 2 months of our being there. Well it took them a whole year later. Not only did the construction go on during the week but towards the end they started working weekends with loud tools and instruments which made our weekends not so quite enjoyable. Then when we tried to move out of the place...what a Disaster! They told us we could leave our apartment 1 month early and break our lease with no fines because our building was under construction. They also told us we could be prorated for the month of July. Now they are claiming they never said that. They are trying to make us pay for the full month of July which screws us over $1700 when we are not even living there! Our rent went up $200 a month @ the end of the lease and to top it all off they took away a ton of parking and are towing residents because it is for GUESTS only! The guests don't pay $2700 a month to park there! This place is nothing but a horrible mess... STAY AWAY!!

So many people cannot be wrong. And I can attest to the fact that this is the worst place in the Marina and the worst place I have ever lived. The complete utter disregard for tenants' rights is unbelievable. I, too, have heard the stories of people being forced to move out just for complaining to the management. Move here at your own peril. If you don't believe me, read the other reviews, as well.

How true, how true, how true. This place is the worst in the Marina for management. They lie to you, they cheat you, they threaten to raise your rent when you complain, and they have given 3 day notices to two tenants I know just for complaining. STAY AWAY!!
