Very Happy

I recently moved in about 5 months ago and couldn't be happier. The construction had been completed, there is a ton of guest parking and so far management has responded very quickly to all of our service needs. All the negative reviews made me nervous after I moved in however as of now i have no complaints.

Oh yes, the management team is at it again, posting positive reviews to counteract the truth related in the negative (realistic) ones. It is so obvious...it's actually entertaining. They must be having trouble renting these dumps at the inflated prices they are now asking when there are other well-maintained, and, in many cases, much newer, apartments available around the Marina, for less money. They have finally priced themselves out of the market. What a joke.
By the way, there needs to be a in-depth mold inspection done here...and fast.

I wonder whether this "posting" is a schill. Of course, if the construction is finally finished, and, more importantly, if you have not yet had reason to interact with the worst management team in Southern California, and if you are fortunate enough to live on the Bora Bora side, where parking abounds, as opposed to the Tahiti side, where there is not even enough space for the residents, you might be temporarily satisfied with your move. My advice. Don't hold your breath. I too loved my place there initially--trust me, the pitifully unprofessional and uncaring management will soon change your views--I wouldn't plan on being there long.

Like socalh2oskier has said, don't hold your breath. I was wary of the comments on this website as well and after I moved in, I was quite happy. However, after about a year of living here (I've been here for over 2 years now, unfortunately), I began to see why so many people hate it here. Management is rude and could give less than a damn about their tenants. I've had slum, crappy landlords before and, aside from the nice environment, this place is no different.

You have got to be kidding. Either this is a management surrogate or someone who has yet to see the true Marina Harbor. The leasing people are great; it's their job to get you hooked. The location is nice. But management is the worst in the world. They lie to your face, they send you nasty letters for no reason, and they ignore your complaints. DON'T move here; you'll regret it for your entire lease period.
