My husband and I moved in here not too long ago and we love this place. Everybody at Resident Services and the Leasing Center has been so nice and professional. This company did an absolutly amazing job with the construction. We feel so happy that we got a chance to live here. Thank you so much everybody! Whenever we have a problem, the service has been prompt and professional. This place is highly recommended!

You are so misinformed. Maybe a few months aren't long enough to see what the management is like. The leasing people, of course, are great; it's their job to get you in. The front office is horrible; they treat you like you are interrupting their Internet time. The management will NEVER talk with you or get back with you; they always have the front desk "take a message" and then the same people MAY get back with you in a few days. But DON'T you dare ask to talk with management. They couldn't be bothered. Much too busy. If it weren't for the location, this place would be a ghost town. As it is, long-time tenants are constantly moving out. There's a good reason. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T move here. You will regret it.

I second that motion. Dealing with maintenance issues here is extremely frustrating. The staff cannot handle their job properly. Not sure if it is because they are poorly trained, or just powerless when it comes to making decisions and getting things done. Either way it only reflects very poor general management and possibley pinching pennies to save a few dollars, which will cost them more in the long run!
