This place is awful and if it wasn't for the location and the fact that i hate to move i would never have lived here as long as i did. The management is horrendous and they have no customer service at all. The apartments are old and gets mold build up no matter how much you try. They have come several times to try to scrape and repaint, but it never works because its just old and sits inside the walls. The construction they did was a complete mess and the craftsmanship was extremely poor. They basically slapped a little paint on top of the old inside and changed the windows and part of the balconies. I concur with previous reviewers that the positive reviews must be from staff trying to bolster the reviews.

Yes, they tried the same brilliant technique in my bathroom & shower. No sanding or scraping. Just painted over the old moldy paint a few months ago. It is starting to peel again already! I think this place has the lowest rating in the Marina and rightly so!
