due to very poor planning, or a lack there of, aluminum rain gutters were installed adjacent to the bedroom windows during rennovations. when it rains at night the noise is extremely loud and disturbing. it is impossible to get any sleep with this noise. General Manager's solution' "wear ear plugs"!!!! annoying, disturbing and unthoughtful seem to be the motto at marina harbor.

Are you kidding?? You are going to hear noise ANY place you live from rain. We lived there 14 months and I am a very light sleeper, noise from rain gutters were never a problem!

Hey lizkittyliz, why are you pretty much the only person who has anything good to say about the lousy management here? Wouldn't have anything to do with you being a SHILL for management, would it? And if you have "moved out" why do you keep posting how good they are? It seems pretty clear what's going on here. Don't buy into it folks. DON'T MOVE HERE!!
