I live here at the Villa and have a small boat here. The staff is great,my neighbors are very friendly, and we have made many friendships here. A store is going into the fuel dock area this year for quick items... Can walk to the beach.

You clearly have not had to deal with management when you have an issue or problem. Of course the location is great; it's the only way they can get people to live here given their LOUSY attitude and customer service. Just don't complain to them or you will be threatened and harrassed until you give in or leave. Trust me, this place SUCKS.

Surely this "review" must have been posted to counteract the dozens of BAD reviews this horrible complex has deservedly gotten. Marina Harbor, management and all, is absolutely the worst. Just witness the dozens of vacant apartments in the complex. Numerous tenants were forced out last year from the Tahiti Way side in order to jack up the rents to stratospheric levels. The joke was on the management though as almost all of these apartments are STILL vacant. THAT should tell you something. Ask any current tenant about the criminal activity, health problems due to mold, and awful, abusive management.

Are you insane!?!? First of all you moron, the store going into the fuel dock has nothing to do with Marina Harbor, it is owned by Greg Schem who wants NO association with MH! In addition, you will be waiting a long time for the "store" at the fuel dock. It was supposed to be finished last October, but they lost their funding. As far as your "great experiance" with the MH, go to a Marina Leasees meeting once in a while, they have more violations against them that ANY other properties in the marina! As a previous tenant and now a property owner in the marina, they are going to be required to raise the rent to cover the lost revenue of vacant units and DBH violations. ENJOY, AND GET OUT WHY YOU CAN......THE PLACE IS A PIT!!!!!

I've lived here for over a year now and I'm still happy. So far I've had no problems with the management. The location is great, there is plenty of guest parking and my apartment is very spacious. Most of my neighbors also are happy and many have lived here for 10 years. I'm still trying to figure out why there or so many negative reviews but I continue to be happy living here.
