My boyfriend and I applied there for an apartment, it was a 1 bd den for $1,600. After we filled out the application and paid an application fee of $25 they told us that each of us would have to make 3.5 times the rent, that means we would have had to make $11,200 a month together to qualify. They could have told us that beforehand, but of course they wanted our application fee first and they kept it, too. With that kind of rents in this area people try to move in together to save money in rent. If I made 11 Grand a month I certainly wouldn't live in that piece of ---- apartment complex!!! Don't move there, they suck.
